We are looking for a passionate, dynamic, and adaptable Network IT Technician in Cluj-Napoca with excellent communication and teamwork skills. Join our team and contribute to implementing and maintaining top IT solutions.

Responsibilities:

• Analyzing, Diagnosing, and Implementing IT Networks and Structured Cabling: You will be responsible for designing and installing network infrastructure, ensuring its optimal performance and security.
• Managing Network Equipment: You will work with switches, routers, firewalls, and access points, ensuring their configuration and maintenance.
• Planning and Organizing: You will plan and manage network projects, coordinating resources and teams to achieve set objectives.
• Analyzing and Synthesizing: You will analyze the company’s network needs and propose efficient and innovative solutions to improve performance.
• Finding and Implementing Optimal Solutions: You will identify network issues and implement necessary solutions to ensure the continuity and reliability of IT services.

Requirements:

• Ability to Analyze and Implement IT Networks: Experience working with network infrastructure and structured cabling.
• Experience with Network Equipment: In-depth knowledge of switches, routers, firewalls, and access points.
• Planning and Organizing Skills: Ability to coordinate and manage complex projects.
• Analytical and Synthesis Skills: Ability to evaluate network needs and propose efficient solutions.
• Relevant Certifications: Certifications such as CCNA, CompTIA Network+, or equivalent are required.
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.
• Category B Driving License: Availability to travel to resolve technical issues on-site.
• Conversational English Proficiency: Ability to communicate effectively with international clients and colleagues.
