IT Support Technician in Cluj-Napoca, Romania

We are looking for a passionate, dedicated, and dynamic IT Support Technician with excellent communication and teamwork skills. We seek a colleague who will contribute to providing high-quality technical support to our clients, ensuring that all systems function optimally and that technical issues are resolved promptly and efficiently.

Responsibilities:

  • Providing First-Level Technical Support: Respond to customer inquiries about technical issues related to software and hardware, offering quick and effective solutions.
  • Installing, Configuring, and Updating IT Equipment and Software: Ensure that all IT equipment is correctly installed and configured, and that software is up-to-date to prevent security vulnerabilities.
  • Monitoring and Maintaining IT Systems: Constantly supervise the functioning of IT systems to detect and prevent potential technical issues, ensuring everything operates at optimal parameters.
  • Diagnosing and Resolving Technical Issues: Identify and solve technical problems that arise, minimizing downtime and ensuring users can quickly return to normal activity.
  • Documenting Technical Processes and Solutions: Create and maintain technical documentation, detailing procedures followed and solutions applied to various problems, making them available to other colleagues.
